Stormwater, water supply, and domestic wastewater networks (665 m) were installed, along with wastewater treatment facilities (capacity: 30 l/s). Fully equipped buildings were constructed, including facilities for household electronic waste, hazardous waste, staff premises, and a waste preparation area for reuse. Asphalt and sidewalk pavement structures were installed, and landscaping works were completed.
